Our company was established as a family business. We have been landlords ourselves since 2016 and we have experience in maintaining and managing the properties. We know how to look after the tenants as we did it before and keep doing it now. Therefore we can confidently manage shared accommodation for our new and existing customers-landlords.
Maria is responsible for working with both the landlords and the tenants and closing the contracts. She is the one who is constantly in meetings. Her duties also include interior design of the rooms as well as buying the necessary furniture.
Artiom is responsible for technical issues. He communicates with clients over the phone or via email and does the necessary arrangements. Also, he is the one who helps to solve the pressing issues that occur during the day.
We work with the contractors, - handymen and cleaners, who help us maintain the high standards in all our properties. They are very responsible professionals. We really value and appreciate their help and support especially when we have urgent matters that need to be resolved.
